what does the recruitment process look like?

1. Phone Interview

The initial chat, set out where we are at and learn more about you. If it’s a fit we take it further.

2. First Interview

Once happy with the initial conversation, we meet and have a more formal structured chat.

3. Technical Test

At times a trial period or technical review is beneficial, this is completed and detailed feedback given.

4. Offer

If its a good fit a formal offer is made. Our posts range from temporary, permanent to student placements.
